Dear Prayer Partners
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! '
We are thrilled to share with you the recent happenings of the Ambassadors for Christ ministry and the work that has been taking place as we continue to spread the Gospel and share God's love.
We have exciting news to share. The Lord has graciously opened a new door of opportunity for us in Nadi, located near the international airport. Rev. John Dewan has been set apart to this endeavour. Along with him, Rev. John Ravind will also serve God and His people in this area. As we take this step, we kindly ask you to commit these servants and this mission in your daily prayers. Pray that God will guide them and grant them fruitful service for His glory. The modular Masters of Arts Program held at the beginning of August was a blessing. We had over a dozen students joining us from all corners of the South Pacific. Two lecturers, Rev. Dr. Arthur Adams, our Dean of the Masters Program, and Dr. Perkins, who resides in Tahiti, taught on two subjects. Dr. Adams taught our students the wonder of Soteriology, while Dr. Perkins has beautifully illuminated the subject of Biblical Counselling.
One of the highlights of the past month was our Vacation Bible School, where we witnessed the tremendous goodness of God. It was an incredible week filled with joy, laughter, and, most importantly, the spiritual transformation of many children in attendance. We were blessed to have had 120 kids join us each day, eager to learn about Jesus and His teachings. We are overjoyed to report that several children gave their lives to the Lord Jesus during this time. Their genuine faith and desire to know Him deeply touched our hearts, reminding us of God's faithfulness and the significance of our ministry.
In addition to the Vacation Bible School, we also organised a Youth Camp, which proved to be a life-changing experience for the 110 youth who participated.
Our time together was marked by powerful worship, teachings, and a heartwarming sense of community. We are exceedingly grateful to share that four teenagers made the decision to surrender their lives to the Lord during the camp. Their commitment to follow Jesus is a testament to His saving grace and the impactful work being done through this ministry. We would be remiss not to express our deepest gratitude to the dedicated team from Eastridge Baptist Church, Washington State, whose presence and assistance were indispensable in making our Youth Camp a success. Their unwavering support and servant hearts brought immeasurable joy and enthusiasm to the camp. We are so thankful for their willingness to visit and serve alongside us once again. Their partnership is a beautiful reflection of the unity and love found within the body of Christ.
As we reflect on these recent events, we are reminded of God's immeasurable goodness and faithfulness. We are grateful for your continued prayers and financial support, which make it possible for us to impact lives and bring the message of hope to those who need it most. You are our Co-workers.
Please join us in praising God for the salvations that took place during the Vacation Bible School and Youth Camp. Let us also lift up in prayer the children and teenagers who made commitments to follow Jesus, that they may grow in their faith and find encouragement and support in their local communities. Please pray for those who are already following Christ, but please pray for the children who attended who did not give their life to Christ that the Lord would be merciful to them.
May the Lord richly bless you for your dedication to the work of His kingdom.
With sincerest gratitude and prayers, Narayan
